1. 1. Your job requirements
Log in to the XING TalentService website with your XING profile. There you enter the information relevant to the position in the form of a briefing form.
2. Briefing meeting
In a 60-minute briefing meeting, our recruiting professional will advise you on your job requirements. We will also openly discuss your chances of success in filling the position.
3. Talent search and selection
After being assigned, your recruiting professional starts the talent search and finds the right talent for your needs based on many years of recruiting experience and innovative algorithms.
4. Your TalentList
Within a maximum of seven days, you will receive a list featuring approx. 30 suitable talents and all relevant information in your XING TalentService dashboard.
5. Approaching suitable candidates
For approaching candidates directly and successfully, you will receive 30 additional XING messages and a selection of professional message templates.

2. Briefing meeting
In a 60-minute briefing meeting, our recruiting professional will advise you on your job requirements and your employer brand. We will also openly discuss your chances of success in filling the position.
3. Talent search and selection
Once the job has been assigned, your recruiting professional will publish your vacancy on XING Jobs and relevant online job platforms and social media channels. At the same time, the search for and approach of suitable talent begins, based on many years of recruiting experience and supported by innovative algorithms.
4. Interview stage
Your recruiting professional conducts telephone interviews with interested talents and gathers information on their willingness to change jobs, suitability and salary expectations.
5. Your digital dashboard
You receive weekly reports and can view the current search status at any time via a dashboard. Suitable and interested talents are sent directly to you within 4 weeks. (≈ 4-5 talents)
6. Select and network
You decide with whom you would like to continue your application process and we add the appropriate candidates to your network. We also take care of the rejections of the remaining talents.
7. Final interview
During a final interview, we will provide you with further valuable insights and feedback on the selection process.
