Product scope*

Our recruiting solutions are now available on XING. This also means that the full range of functions is still available to you under the new product name XING TalentManager - and even more: You can now also benefit from various AI functions in the tool and even better results based on your search criteria. XING TalentManager continues to be the tool for strong active sourcing in the D-A-CH region.

The number of licences for TalentManager depends on the plan you have purchased. Licences can be added at any time if required.

A company usually has one account with one or several licences – depending on the number of users.

TalentManager Core enables you to find suitable candidates for your vacancy quickly and easily, thanks to its exclusive search filters, to make direct approaches by messaging through XING, and to share this information with your recruiting team. You can approach suitable candidates directly, saving yourself valuable time in the recruitment process.

With TalentManager Pro you also have a higher quota of messages to non-contacts and a number of additional functions for talent pooling.

If you publish a job ad you are addressing talents who are actively seeking a job and will apply pro-actively to your company.

With TalentManager you can find your ideal employees through active sourcing and approach suitable candidates yourself directly and easily. This means you reach not only candidates who are actively job-seeking, but also talents that are only passively looking out for a new job.

One licence is encoded for a specific person.

The price is set according to a number of factors, including the number of licences required for your company.

You can continue to use the XING network on a private basis. Your private XING messages will also be shown in TalentManager and marked as such. Other team members will not be able to see these messages.

With TalentManager you benefit from exclusive options and have access to all key information about the candidates. Use multiple recruiting filters to find suitable talents quickly and easily. Find out how motivated candidates are to change jobs and see helpful profile details such as salary expectations (where these have been provided by candidates).

Using TalentRadar you can see an overview of the employment market for the vacancy you are trying to fill, or for a specific region. Recruiter insights complete the range of services offered by TalentManager.

Product features

Numerous exclusive search filters enable you to create a targeted search for suitable talents. Alternatively you can also have well-matched candidates recommended to you directly, without having to search for them yourself.

Visits to the profile of a XING Premium member are only visible to that person if you click on their profile. In the results list generated by your search you can already see information showing whether a candidate is suitable for your vacancy.

We made a conscious decision to include this function to provide more transparency both for you as a user of
TalentManager and for our Premium members.

No, you can place job ads via a separate tool, here you will find all information about our XING Job Ads. In TalentManager Pro you can see visitors to XING job ads you have published on XING. Take advantage of the heightened interest in your company and contact these individuals directly through
TalentManager.

Yes, our help centre has extensive information resources on best practices for dealing with
candidates.

You can purchase on account.

Based on the size of your company, we can determine your recruiting needs and calculate the price you ultimately pay, meaning that you pay exactly for the benefits that a company of your size can tangibly draw from our products.

If you need to change the billing address for an account which has already been set up, you can do this through your account manager or our customer service team.

You are free to choose the start date. The earliest date on which you’ll be given access to the product is three working days after placing your order.

To place an order, you only need to provide your contact details and the company details. There is no need to provide credit card details when ordering if you will be paying on account.

Yes, you will receive a volume discount once you reach a set number of licences. The applicable discount will be shown when you select the number of licences during the order process.
