With TalentManager you have exclusive options and access to all essential candidate information.
Use the recruiting filter to facilitate and accelerate the candidate search. See the candidates' motivation to change and get insight into helpful profile information up to salary expectations (if approved by the candidate site). You can also send up to 1,000 messages to non-contacts per month.
With TalentRadar you also have an overview of the candidate market for the position you are looking for or a specific region. The Recruiter Insights round off the range of services offered by the XING TalentManager.

Is it possible to combine XING TalentManager and XING TalentpoolManager?

Yes, the TalentpoolManager makes the use of the TalentManager even more effective through its complementary functions.
If you use XING TalentpoolManager additionally, you can see, for example, in your candidate overview, whether a promising candidate is already in one of your talent pools.
